Mrs. Arthur C. Hays of the Lake Terrace Garden Club was awarded the tri-color at the club's annual flower show for her arrangement titled "Spring Fiesta." Mrs. W.J. Seldl, general chairman of the show, said 25 clubs were represented in the competition.
