E. Jack Hagan has been installed as chairman of the New Orleans section of the Illuminating Engineering Society. Others installed at a meeting last night at Lenfant's Restaurant were Norwood Oge, vice-chairman; James O'Donnell, secretary, and John Morley, treasurer.
