Gravier Building changes hands. The Gravier Building, situated at 535 Gravier, corner Camp, has been acquired by Melzer Associates for the account of a group of investors. The price was $750,000. JOhn Meltzer, representing the Metzler organization, said the building was constructed in 1898 as a headquarters and warehouse for the I.L. Lyons & Co. Ltd., wholesale drug firm which later moved to its present location on Tchoupitoulas Street.
