Roland C. Halstead, a 50-year-old native of Sparrows Point, Maryland, will replace Rightmyer in the New Orleans FBI office. A special agent with the FBI since 1948, Halstead has since served in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Springfield, Illinois, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland. He has served since 1965 as special agent in charge of the Richmond, Virginia, FBI office.
