New York, February 24th: Romano Guardini, winner of the 1962 Erasmus Award for noteworthy contribution to European culture, is the subject of a thirty minute "TV impression" on Directions '62, March 4th at 3:00 p.m. (EST). Guardini is the first Catholic to receive this tribute: previous Erasmus Award winners were Karl Jaspers and Marc Chagall. Directions '62 is co-produced by the National Council of Catholic Men and the ABC-TV network. Listeners are advised to check local listings for time and channel in their area.
