Dr. John C. Garey, former professor of bacteriology at Pennsylvania State College, has been appointed manager of the Special Yeast Prducts Division of the Red Star Yeast and Products Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Garey was with the company from 1944 to 1947 as director of research. In his new duties he will be vitally concerned with the development and sale of nutritional and special formula yeasts for pharmaceutical and food processing industries.
