Description
Long lines of cars back up at the gas pumps of a New Orleans area service station Thursday morning, as motorists try to fill their tanks to get through the long Mardi Gras weekend. Reports from area service stations said most of the stations were closed Thursday, and those open said that the lines were diminishing. The partially obstructed view of the sign in the background offers an unintended, but worthy commentary.
