Two of the oldest steamship agencies in the Gulf area, Jenneth LeBlanc, Inc., and William Parr & Co., have consolidated to form a new company, LeBlanc-Parr, Inc. Here are the directors of the new company, left to right, Alfred LeBlanc and Sidney A. Gaudet, Jr., New Orleans, and Peter R. Phillips, Houston, and Thomas Phillips, Galveston.
