Testifying during state Representative Dorothy Taylor's ad hoc hearing on Angola prison condition in the City Council chambers Monday night is Grandville Gayle. Gayle testified that prison guards "gave" new inmates to other prisoners for homosexual activities. Three other former inmates of Angola who also testified are seated in background. Spectators wore bright red badges asking the question "Angola - Prison or Slave Camp?"
