H.J. Geiger (right) has been re-elected chairman of the Louisiana Petroleum Council. Dean L. McGregor is secretary-treasurer. This is Geiger's third term as chairman. He is assistant division manager of Esso Standard, division of Humble Oil and Refining Co. McGregor is division manage for Continental Oil.
