Gallier House, home of noted 19th Century New Orleans architect James Gallier Jr., two-and-one-half year restoration and will be opened to the public July 1. An adjoining building containing exhibition galleries will also be opened it was announced by Richard W. Freeman, chairman of the board of trustees of the Ella West Freeman Foundation.
