The Mayor and city's other "big guns" have moved out of the old City Hall. And after the new building's dedication Monday, only a few officers will continue to occupy the old one-and they, only for a time. The picture of the hall's main corridor-which Saturday resembled the "Corridor of Time"-symbolizes the gradual desertion of the old building.
