Admiring a photo of the giant Tower of the Americas, 622-foot tower which will be the theme structure of HemisFair '68, world exposition to open in San Antonio, Texas, April 6, are New Orleans Mayor Victor H. Schiro and Dr. Charles C. Foti, the mayor's delegate to the fair's opening. The 650-ton top house of the tower contains observation decks and a revolving restaurant.
