This evening at a big city Republican Chairmen's Workshop held in Washington, D.C. Statler Hilton Hotel. This is the second in a series of workshops to consider programs and methods of improving the Republican vote-getting capacity in Metropolitan Areas, and one of three which are being held to devise means for carrying out the "big city" plan which bliss prepared prior to his election as national chairman. Republican leaders from more than 75 cities in all parts of the country have requested an opportunity to participate in the workshops.
