Ron Fleming of Cambridge, Massachusetts, left, and Richard Taylor of Auburn, Maine, watch for snipers from the balcony of Taylor's house in suburban Saigon today. They formed an emergency defense group as the only protection for five American houses from repeated sniper attack by the Viet Cong.
