Six specialists in the fields of international relations and international law will present an intensive discussion on international problems in the current Middle East crisis Saturday at Tulane University. The discussion, which will be sponsored by Tulane and the American Society of International Law, will be open to the public. Austin T. Foster, Director and former General Counsel of Socony Mobil Oil Company, New York will be an afternoon speaker.
