"The Signing of the Constitution," a painting by Howard Ghandier Christy, rivaling in size the largest paintings in the Capitol rotunda was unveiled today and presented to Senator Alben W. Barkley, Chairman of the Joint Committee on Library, who accepted it on behalf of Congress. The enormous canvas measures 20' x 30'.
