Ricardo Fernandez-Mira, new acting consul-general of Argentina, was welcomed here officially by the consular corps yesterday at a luncheon given by the Mississippi Shipping Company aboard the Del Norte at the Harmony Wharf. Fernandez-Mira replaces Alberto Perez-Villamil, who will return to Buenos Aires to the foreign office.
