1963 Press Photo Participants in the official dedication of 1964 Parade of Homes

The 1964 Parade of Homes received official dedication from officials of Orleans and Jefferson parishes last night. Taking part in the ceremony at Courtland Heights were, from left, Calvin Ferran, Parade vice-president; Frank P. Boimare, president of the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans; M. Dan Hogan, president of Jefferson Parish; and Morgan Earnest, Parade chairman. The 1963 Parade of Homes opens tomorrow. On display will be 30 residences constructed by 26 New Orleans builders. Jefferson and Orleans Parish officials dedicated the exhibition yesterday. The homes will be displayed at two sites.
