Astrologer Henri Etienne looks to the stars for Election outcome. Editors note: In 1969, astrologer Henri Etienne correctly called the mayoral primary. He placed all eight candidates in the order that they finished the race. This year, however, "the fault was not in the stars but in the candidates" to paraphrase William Shakespeare. Etienne said several weeks ago that this would be a tough race to figure. He did, however, agree to let States Item readers in on what the stars had to say, regardless of the outcome. Reporter Rose Kahn wrote her story several weeks ago.
