Edwin Dykes, resident manager of the audit and engineering inspection division of New Amsterdam Casualty Company's New Orleans office. was presented a silver Revere bowl Wednesday night during a testimonial dinner at the Engineers Club. Dykes will leave to assume charge of all inspection activities of the firm at the company headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland.
