The Reverend J. Paul Driscoll, pastor of Crescent City Baptist Church, watches as members of the congregation clear he site for the planned church, school and gymnasium off U.S. 1-10 between Clearview Parkway and Transcontinental Drive. Church members and students from Crescent City Baptist School turned out en masse Saturday to cut down trees, clean out weeds and unload piling.
