Awards were made to John E. Driscoll and Timothy A. Frederick at Wednesday's graduation exercises for Police Recruit Class Number 49. Driscolll received the Police Mutual Benevolent Association plaque for scholastic achievement. Frederick received the Fraternal Order of Police precision shooting trophy and Major Jim Roos quick draw trophy.
