Israeli Prime Minister Levi Eshkol, left, talks with former Pennsylvania Governor William Scranton today at the former's office in Jerusalem. Scranton, on the last leg of his Middle East fact-finding mission for President-elect Richard M. Nixon, talked with Eshkol for two hours. An official communique described the talks as frank and friendly. Earlier in the day Scranton told newsmen that the U.S. must consider the feelings of all countries in the Middle East.
