John R. Doscher. OHI Head to Kickoff Campaign -- Joh R. Doscher, New York, national executive director for Operation Home Improvement, will address a luncheon meeting of more than three hundred local Operation Home improvement Committee workers on Tuesday, March 13 at The Roosevelt. The meeting will mark the "kickoff" of the New Orleans phase of the national campaign, which is designed to aid and encourage millions of Americans in rehabilitation and repair of their homes, according to Ivan M. Foley, general chairman of Operation home Improvement here.
