Nicholas Dorenzo, 19, former vice-president of the Devil's Disciples street gang in Chicago, testifies today before the Senate permanent investigations subcommittee. He said kickbacks from salaries paid enrollees in a U.S. job training program were used by the gang to provide bail bonds and legal fees and to buy guns and marijuana.
