With yells of "withdraw" from the floor, Rep. Carr Dodson of Macon, House Minority leader, throws up his hands and withdraws his name from list of speakers on the tax bill before the special session of the Ga. legislature in Atlanta Friday. This helped pave the way for the session to adjourn sine die and kill the $101 million sales tax bill Gov. Maddox was trying to get passed.
