Evanston, Illinois- Malcolm Dole throws leg over bike and sets to pedal away from Municipal Court in Evanston, after being acquitted today of bicycling on a busy thoroughfare. The Northwestern University professor was freed on grounds that no warning signs were present on the street where bike riding is banned.
