Alberto de Obarrio, above, Panama's Ambassador to Cuba, tried to commit suicide in Miami today after a quarrel with his wife, Miami police reported. Detectives said the 58-year-old diplomat was found by his wife with a .38 caliber pistol at his right hand. Obarrio was shot in the right temple. His condition was listed as serious.
