Philippe T. De Vosjoli, former head of French Intelligence operations in the United States, will speak at 8 pm Thursday in McAlister Auditorium on the Tulane University campus. De Vosjoli gained international prominence recently with a magazine article revealing that a Soviet spy was among the advisers of President Charles DeGaulle.
