1968 Press Photo Comte Alain Le Moyne de Serigny, last descendant of Bienville

One of the last remaining descendants of Jean Baptiste Le Moyne de Bienville's family will participate in a 250th anniversary observance here Thursday. Comte Alain Le Moyne de Serigny, a fifth generation great nephew of Bienville, will take part in a wreath-laying ceremony at the statue of Bienville in front of Union Passenger Terminal at 11 a.m.
