John Diaz, 18, is booked at police station yesterday as a material witness in the fatal stabbing of two teenagers in a Manhattan playground Sunday. Police said it was bad feeling between Diaz and Jose (Frenchy) Cordero, 18, that led to the stabbing. The bad feeling, police said, followed an attempt by Cordero to sell marijuana to Diaz's mother about a month ago. Cordero and three other youths have been charged with homicide.
