1964 Press Photo Paul DeBlanc & Marshall Miller honored by Mayor Schiro

Two members of New Orleans Auxiliary Police are honored at ceremonies in the office of Mayor Victor H. Schiro, Deputy Chief T. Marshall Miller (left) and Major Paul DeBlanc (center) were responsible for the capture of a man who held up and robbed Albert & Wegmann Drug Store, 3400 Canal on January 28. They chased the bandit and radioed police who closed in on the fugitive.
