J.E. Davidson John E. Davidson has been appointed general manager of the McWilliams Dredging Co. and the W. Horace Williams Co., it was announced by Sinclair Robinson, president of William-McWilliams Industries, Inc. Davidson, who will bring 25 years of top flight experience to the world-wide dredging and general contracting divisions of Williams-McWilliams Industries, will join the company Oct. 21 and make his headquarters at the company's New Orleans offices.
