Mrs. Edna Davis, 540 Mercedes, Pasadena, California, a passenger on the Alcoa ship, was uninjured but accompanied Mrs. Colwell to the hospital. Four passengers of Alcoa and five crewmen were taken to the United States Public Health Service hospital. Only one, Ray Goddard, 40, Foley, Alabama, a seaman, was said by the hospital to be in serious condition.
