So commented Mrs. Edith DeBusk, Dallas attorney and president of Altrusa International, who was in New Orleans last night to preside at the installation of new officers of the local chapter. "Not only does the investment in education bring returns to the person receiving it," said Mrs. DeBusk in an interview prior to the meeting.
