The first two teachers from Ecuador have arrived in a school-to-school exchange program with St. Bernard Parish schools. Joseph Davies, superintendent of schools, has announced. St. Bernard Parish will take part in a program, sponsored principally by the State Department, in which teachers from St. Bernard Parish Schools will go to the American School in Quayaquil, Ecuador, and their Ecuadorian counterparts will come to St. Bernard Parish.
