Paris: Gerald Daynes (R) 38-year-old school teacher from Brooklyn, N.Y., holding daughter Laurel, 3, is confronted in a Paris Hotel room by his British wife, Eunice, 28, who weeps as she appeals to him not to take their daughter back to U.S. Mother and child went to England last year after the couple separated. Daynes "Kidnapped" the girl in a London suburb and has booked two plane seats to New York. Paris police said the affair was none of their concern.
