1967 Press Photo Youngsters during Firemen's Holy Name Society's Christmas party

Every photo in our collection is an original vintage print from a newspaper or news service archive, not a digital image. Please see our FAQ for more information.

Description
Right: Eddie and (left) Kellie O'Brien - Big girls don't cry, but what do you do when Santa is such big stranger and the doll he gives you is no slouch either? You cry, says little Kellie O'Brien. It makes on difference that you're attending the Police and Firemen's Holy Name Society Children's Christmas Party at the Police Academy for members' children, grandchildren and 35 girls from St. Elizabeth's Girls' Home. Little girls do cry unlike big brother Eddie on Santa's knee who knows all about stockings and presents and reindeer.

Photo is dated 1967.

Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches.
