Tyrone Collins reunites with his mother & stepfather at airport. Collins (left), 19-year-old Norristown, Pennsylvania African American who is center of an extradition controversy between Alabama and Pennsylvania officials, has joyful reunion with his mother, Mrs. Pauline Sewell and stepfather, Joseph Sewell at Philadelphia International Airport today. The youth is free from a Mobile, Alabama County jail in $8,700 bail. Pennsylvania Attorney General Walter Alessandroni is investigating whether Collins was illegally seized in his home and transported to Alabama by two Alabama bail bondsmen, as charged by Collins' Congressman, United States Representative William Schweiker (R-PA).
