Forres M. Collins has been named area special gifts chairman of the 1968 Heart Fund, according to Dr. Alton Ochsner Junior, president of the Orleans Parish Heart Council. Collins is a partner in the investment securities firm of Howard, Weill, Labouisse, Friedrichs & Company. The Heart Fund will be conducted throughout the nation and state in February.
