Physician Goes On Trial - Dr. Robert Boehme, Port Orchard, Washington, shown with his wife Mary in this September 1965 file photograph, goes on trial Monday for first degree assault with intent to kill. Dr. Boehme is charged with trying to poison his wife while she was a hospital patient in June of 1965. Both he and his wife deny the charge.
