1970 Press Photo Robins seen by residents of Lakeview area, signs of spring

The traditional first signs of spring arrived in flocks here yesterday, but it was a false alarm. Spring is still two months away. The familiar harbingers were robins, and residents of the Lakeview area reported seeing rooftops and yards virtually blanketed with the red breasted migrants.
