Ross Bass (D-Tenn) poses in his office today with the congressional record open to southern congressmen's manifesto on segregation which he signed. Bass said it is his impression "it's a political manifesto designed to re-elect Sen. George." George, a Democrat, faces the possibility of a tough fight in his home state of Georgia.
