A publisher of a Latin American magazine will be the key speaker at a $50-a-plate farewell and testimonial dinner Tuesday, July 18, for Mayor deLesseps S. Morrison. William E. Barlow, New York president and founder of Vision, Incorporated, international publishers, will give the featured address at the Roosevelt hotel. Announcement was made by Captain Neville Levy, general chairman of a citywide citizens' committee organizing the affair.
