Robert G. "Bobby" Baker, former secretary to the Senate Democratic Majority, buys a ticket on the airport bus to take him to Washington. Baker arrived in Friendship Airport tonight from San Juan, Puerto Rico. He declined to comment on the Senate investigation of his business deals while he was secretary. The bus driver is Albert Shackells.
