Senator Brown Ayres, R-Knoxville, asks Monday that the Senate postpone debate on a measure to increase legislators' pay to $6,400 a year until Feb. 15. The measure, which also would boost the salary of Gov. Winfield Dunn to $50,000, was heldover from last session - and on Monday''s opening day Senate Calendar.
