Veterans of Foreign Wars - Beginning Sunday, Veterans of Foreign Wars Week will be observed in New Orleans, according to a proclamation issued at City Hall. Mrs. Katherine Sisk, senior vice president of the VFW District One auxiliary, and George W. Arras (center), senior vice-commander of the district, accept the proclamation from Councilman James E. Fitzmorris Jr.
