James Collett accused triple murderer confers with attorney James N Linton of Columbus OH before the Washington Courthouse trial. Collett who wears a neck brace to support a broken neck received over a year ago is said to have confessed to the slaying of his brother in law Elmer McCoy at the latters farmhouse in Washington Court House. He is also involved in the murders of McCoys wife and daughter killed at the same time.
