"She's pretty," prattled Tony Upton, 5, as he saw his mother, Mrs Ella Mae Upon for the first time at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati. Mrs Upton wept happily as a 3rd operation to remove congenital cataracts from her son's eyes proved successful. He had been blind since birth.
